If you get IP Conflict..what to do?

Ok..So First useful post!

When/if you get IP conflict error...just do the following

open command prompt (type cmd in "start menu/RUN")
# in the command prompt type
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
# that's it.

Your IP will be renewed and you will get a new IP.

Possible reason behind IP conflict
As you know the IP's are distributed to computers through DHCP automatically. But some systems and devices have been assigned static (fixed) IP addresses.
And it may happen that if one of those systems or devices is turned off, it's IP may get re-assigned to one of the PC's and later when the system with static IP is turned on it gives IP conflict for that PC.

*Restarting/log of the Window may one easy method to resolve the problem. In case of serious conflicts affecting your work, contact your system administrator.
